Connecting your home
Every integration is a record in the IGH app: Settings → Integrations → Add integration, then the platform. On the record you choose What it shows:
- All: everything the platform supports, including what is added later.
- Selected: only what you pick. A picked floor or room includes what is moved into it later, and drops what is moved out.
Some settings warn that the platform will see new devices: changing them replaces the devices on the platform, and their rooms, names and automations there are lost. Deleting an integration removes every device it shows from the platform, and its links stop working.
Matter
- Settings → Integrations → Add integration → Matter. Choose what it shows and Save.
- The record shows Pairing: a QR code and an 11-digit manual pairing code. If the bridge isn't running, turn the integration on.
- Keep your phone on the same Wi-Fi as the gateway (the router needs IPv6; link-local is enough).
- Scan the code in Google Home, Apple Home, Alexa or Home Assistant. The platform warns that the bridge isn't certified: add it anyway.
- For a second platform, open the record → Allow another platform to pair (open for 15 minutes) and add the bridge there with the same code.
Each exposed device is its own tile; several platforms can be paired at once, over the network only (no Bluetooth or Thread). Colour, tilt, contact sensors and keypads are not offered. Removing a platform's link in the app removes the bridge from that platform; deleting the integration stops the bridge.
Google Home
- The gateway must be connected to its cloud account.
- Settings → Integrations → Add integration → Google Home. Choose what it shows and Save.
- In the Google Home app: + → Set up device → Works with Google, and choose IGH.
- Sign in with the gateway's cloud account, pick the integration and tap Link. Devices appear with rooms suggested from your IGH room names.
Lights, dimmers, switches, outlets, boilers, shutters and curtains, gates, locks, IR air conditioners, TVs and stereos, sensors and scenes are supported; keypads, energy, colour and tilt are not. Unlocking and opening need Allow unlocking and opening on the integration and ask for confirmation. To remove: Remove link in the app, or unlink in Google Home.
Alexa
- The gateway must be connected to its cloud account.
- Settings → Integrations → Add integration → Alexa. Choose what it shows and Save.
- In the Alexa app, enable the IGH smart home skill; the IGH linking page opens.
- Sign in with the gateway's cloud account, pick the integration and tap Link. Alexa discovers the devices.
Optionally turn on Prefix names with the room. Keypads, contact sensors and energy are not supported. Locks and gates need Allow unlocking and opening on the integration, and unlocking by voice turned on in the Alexa app. To remove: Remove link in the app, or disable the skill.
Apple Home (HomeKit)
- Keep your iPhone or iPad on the same home network as the gateway (guest Wi-Fi with client isolation won't work).
- Settings → Integrations → Add integration → Apple Home (HomeKit). Choose what it shows and Save.
- In the Home app tap + → Add Accessory, then scan the code on the record (or More options and enter the setup code). The Home app says the accessory isn't certified: add it anyway.
- Each TV or stereo is added on its own, with the same setup code. Assign rooms in the Home app.
Remote access and automations need a Home hub (HomePod or Apple TV). Colour, tilt, CO2, door contacts and keypads are not offered. Reset pairing unpairs every Apple Home controller; deleting the integration removes the bridge (remove it in the Home app as well).
Home Assistant
- Install the Green Point custom integration in Home Assistant (2026.10 or newer): copy the
greenpointfolder intoconfig/custom_components/and restart. - Settings → Integrations → Add integration → Home Assistant in the IGH app. Choose what it shows and Save.
- On the record tap Add link and copy the link's secret (shown only once).
- In Home Assistant: Settings → Devices & services → Add integration → Green Point. It usually finds the gateway; otherwise enter the gateway's address and port 8090. Paste the token.
Devices arrive in their rooms as areas (floors are not supported); power and energy can go on the Energy dashboard. Removing the link, turning the integration off or deleting it cuts Home Assistant off at once; a lost token can't be shown again: remove the link and add a new one.
API and AI agents
- Settings → Integrations → Add integration → API. Choose what it shows and its settings (unit settings, renaming, automations, schedules, Agent access, Through the cloud) and Save.
- For a script: under Keys and agents, tap Create key. Copy it and keep it somewhere safe: it won't be shown again.
- For an AI agent: turn Agent access on and copy the MCP address into the agent's app (Claude, ChatGPT, …) as a custom connector.
- Every administrator gets the request. Accept only if the agent shows the same matching code; choose the integration, then Accept, Accept for this session (ends after an hour unused, 12 hours at most) or Deny.
The API sees and controls only what the integration shows; it never adds or pairs units, programs keypads, or moves or deletes floors, rooms and units. Turning Agent access off suspends every agent (keys keep working). Revoke stops a key or agent on its next request.
